Responsibilities:

Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filling important documents and up to date relevant information andsupport material.
Update daily sales record, produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
Handling all enquiries and orders by phone, email.
Follow up on any sales quotations made for clients
Handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Respond to complaints from customers and give after sales support when requested.
Others ad hoc task as needed.

Requirements:

SPM/ Post Graduate Diploma;
Fresh graduates are encouraging;
Good interpersonal & communication skills;
Excellent organizational skills & discipline;
Aggressive, highly independent, risk-taker

Qualification:

Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level , Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
