Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filling important documents and up to date relevant information andsupport material.
  • Update daily sales record, produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
  • Handling all enquiries and orders by phone, email.
  • Follow up on any sales quotations made for clients
  • Handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after sales support when requested.
  • Others ad hoc task as needed.

Requirements:

  • SPM/ Post Graduate Diploma;
  • Fresh graduates are encouraging;
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills & discipline;
  • Aggressive, highly independent, risk-taker

Qualification:

Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level , Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
