Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filling important documents and up to date relevant information andsupport material.
- Update daily sales record, produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
- Handling all enquiries and orders by phone, email.
- Follow up on any sales quotations made for clients
- Handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after sales support when requested.
- Others ad hoc task as needed.
Requirements:
- SPM/ Post Graduate Diploma;
- Fresh graduates are encouraging;
- Good interpersonal & communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills & discipline;
- Aggressive, highly independent, risk-taker
Qualification:
Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level , Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
