Responsibilities:
- To make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote various products.
- Provide prompt and accurate information to customer inquiries.
- Provide excellent service to existing and potential customers
- To achieve daily target of Calls and appointments made.
- To work closely with other team members to ensure monthly targets are met.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after sales support when requested.
- Others ad hoc task as needed
Requirements:
- SPM /Higher Secondary /STPM /"A" Level / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraging;
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation, able to communicate effectively over the telephone
- Computer knowledge is required ie: MS Office : Excel, Word
- Independent, precise work
- Fluent language skills in Mandarin, English or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Aptitude and confidence to converse with successful people without worry.
- Strong organizational & problems solving skill.
- Aggressive, highly independent, risk-taker, able to work under minimal supervision;
Qualification:
Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level , Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U , Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma , Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
